My Review of Autopark Chrysler Jeep:
I went to Autopark Jeep to trade-in my 2-door Sahara for another one with 4 doors. Initially I did not see anything of interest when I reviewed the inventory with Bruce. He was kind enough to offer to follow up with me the following week and mentioned reviewing the inventory in the area to find something that I was interested in. Bruce did just that, and went and picked it up at another location so that I could see and drive the Jeep. He was not pushy nor did he try and put me something, today. We were able to come to a fair deal for the vehicle and my trade. I greatly appreciate Bruce for his patience and service even on Halloween night...no "tricks" just the treat of the perfect Unlimited! I think Autopark Chrysler-Jeep was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I traveled to Autopark C-J from Virginia to purchase my new vehicle after I searched inventory online via Autopark's webpage. Their inventory was plentiful. I locked in on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee online and had first contact with salesman, Mike Wing, over phone to confirm vehicle was still on lot before I drove the 1 and 1/2 hours to Cary. Mike greeted me on my arrival, we located the car on the lot, took a test drive, and then closed the deal in less than 3 hrs. Mike was very personableand knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. He was courteous, diligent and friendly. Through Mike and one of the sales managers, Brandon Rigney, we were able to come to agreement on my trade-in and new car purchase without any difficulty. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and everybody at this dealership. I will most definitely recommend Mike and Autopark Chrysler-Jeep to all my friends in Virginia!

Neathless to say, I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn't be happier! They gave me an excellent deal for my trade and accomodated the requests I made. Moving on to the financing office, I also had a great experience working with Tay Salameh. An outstanding business professional who also knew a lot about all of the options available to me as well as the best deal I could get. I'm amazed at the experience and will recommend the 2 professionals to friends and family. I couldn't be happier with the decision I've made.
